YouTubeにシーンの一部があったので載せました。聞けるようになるまで何度も何度も見るとリスニングがすごく上達します。成果はすぐに出ますが、聞くのをやめると、すぐにまたもとに戻りますので、毎日とはいいませんが、週に何回とか決めて、こういったビデオを繰り返して見るとよいと思います。

Erica: That can't possibly be true.

Mark: First of all, an awful lot of people live in China. But --here is the question. How do you distinguish yourself in a population of people who all got 1600 on their SATs? ②

Erica: I didn't know they take SATs in China.

Mark: Yes. I could sing in an a cappella group but I can't sing.

Mark: I could row crew⑦ or invent a $25 PC.

Erica: You know, from a woman's perspective, sometimes not singing in a cappella group is a good thing.

Mark: Okay. Well, they're bigger than me. They're world-class athletes. A second ago, you said you like guys who row crew, I assumed you met one.
